| HELLO G R E E C E !

 crete, very beautiful.
where we spent the majority of the week, Eri Resort
 a natural
 photographer needed a break.
strawberry daiquiri time! debbie, we dedicate these sparklers to you
right before the drinks arrived, sarah was telling me how she would like to be a little more girly, and i was telling her i wished i had more of the tomboyish wild side... and yep, she got a little boy figurine in her drink, and me a girl. hehehehehehehe gotta love who you are. cheers!
parasailing! so so fun, not unlike riding a huge swing in the sky
i was nervous that the parasailing guys would dunk us in the water (i had seen them do this before) but they were nice, a little smelly, but nice
 evening time, traditional greek dance
after a couple of days, we decided to take a break from crete and visit the island of spinalonga... except the islanders were on strike and we couldnt explore the ruins of the island at all. pity! (its ok, they fed us)

 being a fob what whaaat

dont know the name of this island but the water was clee-eaaar. you can see the fishies ;)
lochness monster (gee! you didnt have to go all the way to scotland after all... hehehe)
finally, a few pics together... me and my traveling pal
island of iaos nicolaus... the cutest little island town ever! ever!
last night, on the way to town

sarah is one of my prettiest friends (sometimes i want to pinch her to see if shes real ;))
sunset over crete. i used to have the biggest problem taking pictures by myself. i just didnt like it and wouldnt do it. but traveling with just one other person you have no choice. i dont know what to do with all these pictures of just me!
sunrise over athens (taken from the plane). canon owners, doesnt this look exactly like start-up image #2? it so does!
anyway, cant wait to go home and eat korean food and have my mom pamper me like i'm her little girl again ;) i badly need it too. i got a total of 39 mosquito bites on this trip-- half of which are on my face. mommmmmmmyyyyy!!

| unbelievable... i cant believe my time in london is already over. this whole week i've been getting minor sadness attacks... everywhere i go, i just stare for a couple seconds more than necessary trying to lock everything in my (horrible) memory. london you have been good to me...

I W I L L M I S S...
1. since probably the first week we got to london, the girls and i would meet after work almost every thurs at American Bar & have our american food fix... i'm pretty sick of wings at this point, but thursdays at A. Bar will be one of my fondest memories...

Girls, I will miss our 1983472983 daily emails to each other...

And yes. We did take baths together. NAKED!!! I’m sure you and Debbie were the only people I ever did that with. I just remember being in your parent’s room/bathroom A LOT when we were younger. Bubble baths and movies/tv (and then I’d go explore in your parent’s walk-in closet. Teehehehehe.). =)
so, do you like jee-po?
2. another thing i will miss is the culture in the uk. would you like a spot of tea? (i said that in my best english accent ). my allegiance is always and forever to coffee, but tea has grown on me. peppermint tea, you're tasty!
traditional afternoon tea at Kensington Gardens with Yunjeong from Atlanta... a cutie
3. and of course i will miss working at UCLH and my lovely coworkers. yesterday, they surprised me with tickets to Fame as a goodbye present. i think its playing in the states as well, dont miss it! the dancing and the songs are fantastic
my british/australian, south african, and portuguese coworkers-- we are a diverse group at work. anyway, too sweet. i'll miss them.
4. lastly, i will miss my cousin. realization: theres nothing like family. ok soooo i will be following him to tokyo (i wish!). david oppa's just been promoted to VP at Goldman this year and i'm like this proud mother hen clucking around showing off... but seriously can we say connections? CONNECTIONS!
--- i'm done with my i-will-miss-london list now here's i'm-living-up-my-last-few-weeks-of-london... ;)
 on anon-- cheers m'dears
 we love gee!

this is me very sad to leave london a month earlier than gee & sar... they dont seem to care. bad girls
gee, my hero. isnt she gorgeous?
and last week, one of my favorite persons in the whole world came to visit
 ronnie!!
 too cute
double R, the most eligible bachelors i know. period.

The National Gallery @ Trafalgar Square-- the only sunny day the whole weekend
polo with robby's friend debbie. funny, it was debbie and donna that weekend ;)
cant leave london without taking a pic with these...
no but seriously, how unphotogentic can i be. its a disease

a night out with scott lim, linden park, carrie lau, and karen nguyen... yeah, i dont know why i had to be vietnamese either... debbie's place- never laughed so much in my entire life. first couple hours ron and robby danced and sang (ask me for video clips- ron & michael jackson = hilarious), then, it was ghost stories by ron that werent scary and jokes by robby that werent funny... you could hear crickets, i swear
hahaha second pic. robby's best model shot.
my 24th hour of no sleep... very fun weekend. double R, we love you guys!!

| pileus internet umbrella... "may not float in Southern Calfornia but may be a big hit in London and Seattle. The curved image on an umbrella doesn’t seem appealing but at least you’ll get that cute girl to share your umbrella in the rain...". hi, i'll be your cute girl! its just what i've always wanted in an umbrella-- digital camera, wifi, gps system. i promise i'll use it everyday. i love the japanese!! so innovative
anyway, its been birthday after birthday this month, may is crazy! i hope all my may babies had (& will have) a fantastic bday. its my dad's bday today, everybody please eensah to him at church and compliment his clothes or something
my biggest life ambition? crowned bday fairy ;) and my 2nd life ambition?
stonehenge, leaning tower of pisa, colosseum-- four to go!
sarah and i took advantage of another long weekend a few weeks ago and hit three italian cities in 5 days. that was tough. i literally crashed when i got back to london. here's a few (million) pics
firenze

 tuscany
piazzas & outdoor museum
the very first church ever. really???!
duomo- omg, spellbinding & michelangelo's david (original is better, you can even see veins)
spanish steps
sarah and i joke that we do way too many romantic things together
carousel ride ;)
i will miss this about europe... ;)
capital city roma
colosseum-- i actually got a little choked up here, gladiator images i think

pantheon, st peter's, vatican museum, sistene chapel, catacombs, & everything else i cant remember... all were amazing.
i dont know what compels us to go inside every mcdonalds we see...
this is us with our makeshift moneyholders that we tied around our wrist and shoved up our sleeves. ha ha! sarah's a genius
supposedly the most beautiful piazza in rome... it looked kinda messy in my opinion. your eyes dont know where to look! for me, this was true for rome in general. so much architecture and history...
santa scala church, which holds the marble steps that jesus allegedly walked in pontius pilate's house. you have to knee-crawl up, praying at each step.
my absolute faaaaavorite place in rome, trevi fountain. anyone can fall in love here. im serious! if i were here with a guy, i would have proposed
very much looking forward to: island hopping in greece with sarah (sad! last trip with this girl for awhile), seeing all my loves in seattle, taste of chicago in july, and la with my gfs. not looking forward to: summer school bleeeh!
